Cryptocurrencies are all set to revolutionize the way we use money. Its popularity has exploded with the total marketcap of the cryptocurrencies crossing 1Trillion dollars in value. There are thousands of cryptocurrencies out there but how do you find the raw diamonds and avoid the scams?
This course was designed for individuals and organizations who want to learn how to navigate investment in cryptocurrencies. You’ll learn how to define a currency, analyze the foundations of digital signatures and blockchain technology in cryptocurrency, and accurately assess the risks of cryptocurrency in a modern investment portfolio. By the end of this course, you’ll have a deep understanding of the realities of Cryptocurrency, the intricacies of Blockchain technology, and an effective strategy for incorporating Cryptocurrency into your investment strategy. Lastly, we will also take a look at how decentralised finance is fast becoming the building blocks of Finance 2.0.

Instructor Profile
Branson is currently running a digital asset exchange, ECXX.com which is the first exchange in Singapore to connect to the national registry, MyInfo for quick onboarding. Ecxx recently acquired approval from MAS to operate a digital securities exchange in the fintech sandbox express under RMO regime. In 2018, Branson co-founded and successfully launched an ICO that went on to raise USD 10m. He has over 15 years of experience working and leading teams in business information and technology companies like Gartner, LinkedIn, Sun Microsystems and so on spanning across regions in Asia.
Passionate in blockchain technology, he has conducted and taught blockchain courses for private bankers, management associates, branch managers in UOB, People's Association, Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Business School, Standard Chartered and other financial institutions.
Branson wears multiple hats by serving 2 terms on the Executive Committee for Singapore Fintech Association as well as a founding member of the Blockchain Association of Singapore. Branson graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Masters Degree in Asset and Wealth Management as well as a Bachelors in Computer Engineering.
